THE PROJECT
The Troy Drug Free Community Coalition (Troy DFCC) is a partnership of concerned community members organized for the purpose of reducing substance abuse among young people and to build a safer, more prosperous community for all.
Community coalitions are comprised of neighbors, parents, teachers, law enforcement, businesses, religious leaders, health providers, and other community members who are mobilizing at the local level to make their communities safer, healthier, and drug-free.
